Tochigi Kirifuri Kogen Beef is a crossbreed of Japanese black cattle and dairy cattle. Kirifuri Kogen Beef is a crossbred beef between Japanese Black Wagyu and dairy cattle.
The mild sweetness that is the pride of Tochigi, and has won the top prize for 11 consecutive years since 2008, the first time in its history, at a beef fair sponsored by JA Zen-Noh.

The fillet steak of Tochigi Kirifuri Kogen Beef, the most popular menu item at Itaya, is a tender, lean meat with plenty of juices! We are proud to offer this cuisine.

A large public bath is located in the annex building, which can be accessed from a corridor on the 3rd floor.
