【Dinner】
One of the sea creatures, Blowfish. Fish firming succeeded here in Hida where no sea is. Hida blowfish is as good as, if not better than, natural blowfish. Enjoy the taste of quality fish “Hida blowfish” farmed at the foot of Northern Alps.

Hida beef was awarded first prize of the best quality beef at once that only given to the premium high grade beef designated by Gifu prefecture.
As we provide small-sized steak for dinner is carefully selected.

There are over 10 plates, of course with Hida beef!! Enjoy the traditional Japanese meal.
It is fun if you mention to Japanese plates.


【Breakfast】
You can choose Japanese or Western style breakfast.
Japanese: Rice, Miso-soup and Hoba-miso that is famous in Hida which is grilled soy bean’s paste on leaf.
Western: Bread, salad,egg,coffe or tea

【Spa】
Spacious public baths facing sophisticated Japanese garden with open air bath.
You can drink Cask Sake at spacious public bathing area until 7:00 pm.

Please refrain from bathing with children under six.
