〈Washoku Zen- Japanese Dinner〉
Do-it-yourself Tempura(Hot Oil Fondue)with colorful and seasonal vegetables and sea food of Shiretoko. Spring wild vegetables from the mountain, hand-picked by the hotel staffs. Sea food directly from the local fishermen. For soup stocks, Kombu (kelp) from Rausu is used. Seasonal and fresh selections for "Grilled seafood of the day” Dinner time 6pm-9pm
〈Breakfast〉
On a custom-made wooden tray, a little bit of tasty everything. On a custom-made wooden bowl, a colorful salad with two kinds of homemade dressings. Hokkaido Rice, named YumePirika, directly delivered from our friend's field. Homemade miso the hotel staffs prepared during our long winter in Hokkaido. Our miso soup has Funori seaweed handpicked and dried naturally under the sun. Homemade salmon caviar. Everything is carefully selected and prepared for breakfast with our heart. We hope the joy of little simple things will find you to start your day of an adventure. Breakfast time 7am-9am
〈Indoor PublicOnsen〉
The indoor public onsen was renovated in April, 2016 and is the right size for the capacity of the hotel; not too small, not too big. Operated 3pm-8am through the night. There are women's onsen and men's onsen.
〈Outside Private Onsen〉
Right next to the wild nature, looking over the ocean, our highly recommended outside private onsen.
By signing the sign up sheet when your group arrives at the hotel, you can reserve the time and which onsen to try out of two onsens. (First come, first serve.)
No holding of private onsen time allowed before arriving.Working hot water shower by the outside onsen available (except winter.) Bring your towel from your room to the outside onsen.
