At Suimei-so, you will be immersed in the beautiful traditional culture of Japan.

The impressive royal suite, Sen-Shin, is a villa that was relocated from the lands of the Saga Nabeshima clan. It is surrounded by a Japanese garden as well as other beautiful guest rooms that feature traditional architecture. Sumei-so also has a dedicated bathhouse, Yudono-Shinsho.

Aperitif - Ureshino green tea

Appetizer - Fried lobster with almonds and sea bream rice crackers, raw fish-sashimi, grilled fresh fish, and sushi with wine and softly boiled octopus.
Entree - Roast Saga beef, grilled Saga beef, deep-fried sweet sea bream and shrimp, abalone and ganmodoki, and Ureshino rice.
Dessert - Ureshino baked green tea cheesecake and Ureshino genmaicha pudding served with Ureshino green tea.
