Kaiseki style dinner course made from Akita’s fresh local ingredients, the main will be "Akita Beef Shabu-Shabu" as sliced Akita Beef and vegetables boiled in water and served with dipping sauces.

【Kiritanpo Hot pot】
Kaiseki style dinner course made from Akita’s fresh local ingredients, the main will be "Kiritampo Hot Pot" as an Akita's traditional food; Kiritampo (made with rice), chicken, mushroom, and vegetables.
