It's not just plain rice.
The taste is simple but changes as you proceed.
When you sprinkle spices and soup on white rice, various ingredients come out from below♪
It's like to be bewitched by a raccoon.
In Japan, not only the fox but also the raccoon dog have the same meaning.
Raccoon is "Tanuki" in Japanese.
Eating is “Kuu” in Japanese.

*1555 A piece of banquet dishes of the owner of Harima Ichinoyama Castle and Oshiojo Castle Akamatsu Yoshiyu Castle.
　It came out at the very beginning of the banquet and surprised the people who eat it.

◆Meal◆
【dinner】
In addition to Tanukui, we will prepare affordable kaiseki with popular Tajima beef half ceramic plate grill (30 g).

【breakfast】
We offer Japanese dishes centered on "Yutsubo gayu".

◆Shiota Onsen◆
It has a high heat retention effect and is reputed for smooth skin.
A hot spring that is effective for relieving joint pain and fatigue.

[Indoor bath]
We have two baths with different styles (one for men and one for women).

[Open-air bath]
After passing through the garden, there is an open-air bath.
We have an open-air bath with a view of the starry sky and the four seasons, and two family baths.
*Do not use soap in the open-air bath to protect the environment.
Please cooperate with the use of the indoor bath.
*During the winter season (mid-January to the end of March), there is a risk of freezing.
＠The open-air baths for men and women are only available on Saturdays and Sundays. (Family bath available)
