夕食は、地域限定の「りんごで育った信州牛」を使用した牛鍋がメイン。飼料にりんごを混ぜることで肉の臭みが消え、口どけの良い脂と柔らかな食感が楽しめる特別な信州牛を使用した逸品です。それぞれのお客様に、すき焼き風の一人鍋をご用意いたします。

旅館の料理にありがちな会席料理ではなく、定食スタイルで提供。
量より質を求める方にも満足いただける、ちょっと豪華な定食がお楽しみいただけます。
夕食を早めに済ませて温泉街を散策したり、他の飲食店を楽しむこと、たくさんある温泉に挑戦することも可能です。

This accommodation plan offers a new way to enjoy ryokan, the night set meal, which is not a standard feature of Japanese ryokan. For dinner, enjoy a regionally exclusive apple-fed Shinshu beef sukiyaki. The apple-enriched diet of the cattle results in tender, flavorful meat with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Each guest receives an individual sukiyaki-style hot pot.

Instead of a traditional multi-course meal, we serve a set meal style dinner, perfect for those who value quality over quantity. Finish your meal early and explore the hot spring town , enjoy other restaurants, or try many hot spring baths.
