This is the Kaiseki Course of 'Tochigi Wagyu 50g Teppanyaki Steak Kaiseki with our special Japanese-style beef stew with demiglace sauce.


The subtly Japanese-style and light soup-type beef stew is made using the special Japanese-style demiglace sauce from Konishi Hotel, a dish that has remained on the menu for decades due to its dedicated fans.

Tochigi Wagyu Beef is the registered trademark of black Wagyu beef branded as Tochigi's brand by the Tochigi Agricultural Marketing Association. It is a meat awarded the "Best Prize" by the Zenno Nikuniku Edan Commonwealth, raised in a clean environment with clear lineage by selected producers.

■ Hot Springs/Onsen

This is a milky-white sulfur spring with flowing natural spring water. The hot spring has separate large communal baths for men and women, each with an open-air bath. You can bathe all night except during cleaning hours (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM).

A large bathtub that can accommodate about 7 people, half-open type!
